Yarn spun from Green Heart wool, Ecological Textiles' own wool brand from sheep in the so-called Green Heart region, the countryside between the Netherlands' major cities Amsterdam, Utrecht, The Hague and Rotterdam.
All Green Heart wool is from traditional Dutch breeds of domestic sheep, such as Zwartbles and Texelaar, and spun in Western Europe.
