Heavy and highly felted whine red (colour: Merlot) fabric made from 100% wool, a so-called loden. This softly brushed but smooth fabric is also strong, the Martindale test gives a result of 30.000 t/mtr. The article is produced in a spectrum of thirteen melange colours in which the wool is dyed before it is spun, a process that ensures that the dye can penetrate deep into the fibre, so that the fabric has a high colour fastness.
The fabric can be used for e.g. overcoats, jackets, bags and is also very suitable as interior fabric (e.g. for curtains and upholstery).
For this quality only European and South-American mulesing-free wool is used. Further, the production is conventional. A GOTS-certification is possible from 400 meter.
