Samples heavy canvas organic cotton GOTS

This set contains three samples of our heavy organic cotton (ET_C05). These fabrics are all GOTS-certified and made from high quality Aegean cotton.In this set you'll find samples in the natural colour, black and white.

These canvasses are woven from thicker yarns and made from 100% Aegean (Turkish) organic cotton. Although the fabrics are woven in a plain weave, the appearance is dominated by the chain whereas the weft barely shows. The black fabric is dyed black conform the GOTS standard, which means that only eco friendly dyes were used. The white canvas is bleached eco-friendly and prepared for printing (PFP) which means that no softeners where applied and the fabric is suitable for most printing machines.Despite its heavy weight of 430 gr/m2 this is a supple fabric, that can be used for furniture, but also for jackets, bags or paintings.
