Heavy woolen fabric in melange colours (asbestos grey). The different hues are obtained by dyeing the washed wool before spinning it. This sturdy loden fabric shows a high light fastness (6) as well as a high abrasion resistence (50.000 in the Martindale test) which makes it an ideal choice for wall coverings (panels for sound insulation) and furnishing. It is woven in a plain weave from conventional wool fibres from Europe, South America and Australia.
